Benita Cullingford

Benita Cullingford is married with two daughters. She lives in St Albans, Hertfordshire, where she was a tutor at the City College. She taught speech and drama for many years and adjudicated at festivals. Her writing career includes several plays and many published articles. She enjoys writing television and film scripts. She is acquainted with prominent members of NACS (National Association of Chimney Sweeps) and her social history British Chimney Sweeps, Five centuries of Chimney Sweeping was published in 2000 in Britain and in 2001 in the United states, where she was invited to give a lecture to chimney sweeps in North Carolina.
