Tom Phelps
?Tom Phelps studied law and economics at St Mary’s College, Southampton. He joined Unigate Dairies in 1970 and by 1984 he had reached the position of District Manager for South London. He retired as Area Manager for Thames Valley in 2000 and is an expert on the history of the dairy industry.
