William Waters
William Waters is a writer with a special interest in the Pre-Raphaelites and nineteenth-century painting Having worked at the Carlisle Art Gallery and the William Morris Gallery, he has lectured widely on these subjects and has conducted extensive research into contextualising Burne-Jones’s work.
