Victorian Workhouse - Master's Accommodation

We are restoring an 1850s grade II listed property in the New Forest, which was originally the Master of the workhouse's house. Other than 'The Victorian Workhouse' do you (or anyone) know of any source books about how this would have been used / decorated / furnished AND / OR about the history of this building?
